Explanation of the quote :

With a good set of excellent communication skills, the leader is able to manage the team well and organized. The leader must be expressive to effectively convey his ideas or opinions to his team members. If the leader is not able to convey the message clearly, then the leader would not be able to get the full participation from the team members and the message is fruitless.
